TENDER NOTICE NO.04/2018
Sealed Tenders are invited from reputed Income Tax and Sales Tax registered firms
on the basis of Single Stage (One Envelope Procedure). The bidder should submit
bids under the PPRA Rules, 2014 and provide “UNIFORMS AND LIVERIES
ITEMS” for Punjab Public Service Commission, Lahore.
Date of Closing and Opening of Bids : 11/05/2018
Receiving Time : 11:00 .a.m
Opening Time : 12:00. Noon
Bid Security : 2% of the estimated cost
Tender Fee (In favour of Secretary PPSC Lahore) : Rs.500/ (Non Refundable)
1. Successful bidder will have to complete/provide Uniforms and Liveries Items on
a specific date time after issuance of Purchase Order (Supply Order) at
consignee address.
2. Rates should be mentioned with and without GST. However, GST will be charged
separately.
3. Items will be supplied and delivered at PPSC, Head Office, LDA Plaza, 7-Egerton
Road, Lahore.
4. The authorities reserve the right to alter the quantity of items as per PPRA Rules,
2014.
5. The Procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the
acceptance of a bid or proposal as per requirement of PPRA Rules 35(1) and (2).

The bidding documents are immediately available in the office of the undersigned
and the same may be obtained subject to the payment of the cost of printing and
provision of the document tender fee as mentioned above to be deposited in favour
of Secretary PPSC Lahore through Challan No.32-A in head C03-Miscellanous
Receipts, C038-Others, C03824 Others. The advertisement of the tender is also
