A non-exhaustive patient summary, specialty-

usable by clinicians for the cross-border
unscheduled care of a patient.

Coordinated with the IPS project mandated to


CEN TC 251 by the European Commission.

Uses LOINC for:


Document type, sections, lab results, other clinical
observations, and radiology reports
