a lesson. The lesson design process is

with a need assessment and ends with an
evaluation to allow for cyclical design.
The project focuses on the multiple levels
of needs within the building, including
student backgrounds, socio-economic
status, and special education needs.
3. The facilities analysis and remodel design
done for MEDT 6461 Administration of
the Media Center reflects the SLMS roles
of Leader, Program Administrator,
Instructional Partner, and Teacher. It
evidences mastery of Outcome 4 as it is
informed by research on how to best meet
the needs of all students. The redesigned
media center accommodates the need for
students to work independently and
collaboratively and allows for a more
