GENERAL SITE DESCRIPTION


Tropicana Avenue is a mixed development comprising:
• one block of 18 storeys office building; and
• one block of 40 storeys apartments; over
• 4 storeys retail premises and 4 storeys podium car park

SCOPE OF WORK
Scope of work outlined in this document includes
Retail/Service unit fit out work and services to Unit P-02-02
of the Tropicana Avenue complex.
The spaces are to be fitted out with the following facilities:
• Reception for Pusat Asuhan Keluarga (Family Insight
Centre)
• Office
• Meeting Room (providing for 35 people)
• Flexible Workspace (providing for 6 people)
• Store Room
• Cleaners
• Kitchen (providing for 40 people)

Refer to “Exclusions from Scope of Work” on page 2 of this


document for works excluded from this project.

Owner supplied items are scheduled throughout this


document. The Contractor shall coordinate with the
Owner’s Representative for the handover of these items.
The Contractor is responsible for installation, connection
and commissioning of owner supplied items.
