MONTHLY SITE SAFETY REPORT

Project : Internal roads & parking in, Dibba Al Hisn Harbour.

Period : From 1st April to 30th April 2018.

Health & Safety

“We have achieved above ‘102,730’ safe man hours without lost time injury”

The Internal roads and parking in, Dibba Al Hisn Harbour project has achieved approx.
102,730 cumulative man-hours worked up to 30th April ’ 2018. The project has accomplished
Zero LTI (Lost time Injury) free man-hours worked since last LTI on date 10 th Nov ‘2017.

 1 no, First aid cases occurred during the month of April’ 2018.

 Total 45 no’s of Construction Vehicles (Wheel loader, Backhoe loader, Excavator, Skid loader,

Motor grinder, Water tanker, Trucks, etc.) were inspected during the month of April ’2018.

 Total 1 no’s of Safety trainings conducted at site and achieved 88 man attended during the

month of April ’2018.

 Total 600 man achieved from Tool box talks such as Incident alerts, Hazard & Fire safety to site

etc. conducted at site.

 20 Persons safety Induction conducted during the month of April 18.

 Total 2 no’s housekeeping Inspection conducted at site all during the Month of April’18.

 10 Nos, Work Permit has been issued for excavation work during the Month of April’18.

 Issued mandatory, PPE to the workers and ensure its proper use at site and, PPE stock list has

been attached with the monthly report.

TRAINING
In-House Health, Safety & Environmental Training:
 Total 1 nos. Safety training conducted at site
 Over 88 Worker participated in this training have successfully attended the above training
programmed.
 The site training is a step towards our awareness programmes conducted on monthly basis on HSE
aspects among all workman and supervisory staff to create awareness among project staff for safe,
secure and healthy environment at worksite.
 Every day tool box talks conducted at site, before starting of work at each working location.
 Over 100 Persons including Engineers and Forman participated.

Environment:
 Ensured water system (water tankers) at construction site for dust pollution control.

 Environmental Monitoring along the Project road and plant site has been conducted on 5th April
2018.

 Rehabilitation of Borrow area and Quarry sites to be initiated after completion of project.
