I hereby request and grant permission to coaches/
instructors of the Junior Indian baseball clinic to provide
reasonable care to my child named above, in the event of
injury or illness during the summer clinic if I am not pre-
sent. Such care may include, but is not limited to, first aid
treatment, transporting to a medical facility or the sum-
moning of emergency assistance. For and in consideration
of allowing my child to participate in the summer clinic,
I, the undersigned parent or appointed guardian of the
above child, do hereby agree to indemnify and hold harm-
less the Indian Baseball Booster Club, its coaches and
instructors and East Coweta High School from any and all
liability from the above named child’s activities of any
nature with said organization.

Junior Indians Baseball Camp at East
Coweta High School. The ECHS
coaching staff and players will make
this a very hands on, high-energy base-
ball experience that young baseball
players grades (K-8) are sure to love.
Over the course of four dates we will
go over throwing, fielding, pitching,
hitting and base running to cover all
areas of the game. Campers will work
in small groups to ensure personal in-
struction that will allow them to learn
the correct skills and techniques of a
successful baseball player. Each ses-
sion will be limited to the first 110
