E – Engaging Student
D – Drivers on
S – Seminars and
A – Activities

2. Project Recipient: Student drivers in Far Eastern University.

3. Project Rationale: I came with this project because of the insufficient knowledge
of the student drivers when it comes to traffic rules and
regulations and the do’s and don’ts in driving in driving. Lack
of education results in high rates of accidents involving
student drivers.

4. Theory: Social Learning Theory by Albert Bandura

observation. It focuses on the give – and – take interaction between
social, cognitive and environmental influences. Banchura’s Bobo doll
experiment revealed home easily children could be led to imitate even
negative actions.

Operant Conditioning by B.F Skinner.

-Also referred as Skinnerian conditioning. He believed that classical
conditioning simply could not account for all types of learning and was
instead mere interested in learning how the consequences of actions
influence behaviors. It relies on farming associations and are made
between a behavior and its consequence.
