It deals with formation in Architecture and Urbanism through walking. It accompanies the
conceptual figure of the architect in his errands carried out in a group in the Urban Explor-
actions Seminar: to err on the threshold, in which a logbook was written during the course.
From the justification that there is a sensitivity molded to the values of the market, the
objective is the invention of other ways of seeing and saying about the city. The cartography as
a method allows to follow this process when mapping the molar lines of a formation crossed by
the lines of flight of the intensive experimentation of the urban environment. When overlapping
maps of the route, we think of the displacements that have been repeated in the
experimentation. Thus, the text unfolds in three analytical movements that give to see the
molar, molecular and of flight lines of the experience that occurred with the BR road, the bus
and the events that took place in the peripheral districts. Based on these movements, the
difficulty of wandering is stated, for thought tends to conserve its molar lines. However, erring
places formation in relation to forces that flee the field of formation, allowing it to
deterritorialize to think differently. When walking in outlying districts, we notice the need for
a sensitivity able to welcome the difference of the city, in the understanding of the importance
of the existential territories that are founded in the midst of it. Also, the ways in which the
architect and urbanist look at the world are produced by mediatic instances that surpass the
immanent experience of the urban environment, generating a regime of truth that contains
fears and prejudices. Finally, it is affirmed that the walk allows an aesthetic experience that
demystifies such discourses, allowing the architect and urbanist to subjectivate himself in
another way, creating through an errant formation other ways of seeing and saying about the
city.
