Last week was my fourth in TP 3a. My MST didn't come the whole week because her son was sick.
Even though, the students weren't left alone, another teacher came and taught them. However, that teacher
didn't really teach them anything. She played some music and videos for them and they spent the whole day
doing almost nothing.

In my opinion as a student teacher who will become a teacher in the future, that didn't show any
professionalism from her side. I do believe that we are trusted on our students and we are like their second
mother in their second house. Even with other students that I don't teach, I can't imagine myself wasting their
time on silly things.

As a student teacher, I teach students that I don't know for temporary time. Nevertheless, I try my best
to teach the concept in all the possible ways, for them to understand it. This is to meet all the students' levels
of thinking and their intelligences. I always add engaging activities and manipulatives for the students to like
my lesson and help me to help them in the next days.

Once my teacher was absent, I taught them what I had to teach as if my teacher was there and I knew
that my lesson won't be observed by anyone. I did my best in that lesson, we tried to complete all the
activities (measuring volume) and I think most of the students achieved the learning objective. These are my
believes about being professional and in the future I will always do my best, even when teaching other
students.
