FEES POLICY

Parents will be billed for their child from the age of 2 years until the term after their child turns 3
years of age at a cost of £12.60 for a 3 hour session unless they are entitled to 2 year old funding.

If a child has used all their grant money at another group we will charge them £12.60 per 3 hour
session (£4.20 per hour).

All parents will receive a bill for each half term in advance.

Parents are expected to pay a minimum of 4 weeks in advance of their child starting a new half term.

PROCEDURES

The cost of a 3 hour session will be £12.60 (£4.20 per hour).

A late payment fee of £1.50 for every 15 minutes you are late in collecting your child from the
playgroup if you have not contacted us to let us know.

You will be billed for your child’s session even if they are away for holidays/sickness etc.

Parents can pay by cash, cheque (payable to Beaminster Playgroup Ltd) or by BACS
