Week One Reflection

Name Course: Practicum 3b.
Course Code: EPC – 3903.
For this semester we went to the privet school at Ajman which is (The First Academy). So I will be
teaching grade four. My MST name is Mis.Misbah

I am glad for this week and upbeat for the next week. In the first our Mst was absent and we didn't meet
her at this week, but we enter to grade four and give them a lesson so what I want to focus on the
classroom management. Actually, most of the class their want to control on their behaviorism.

Each student teacher should do activities and duties. So in the first week, I fell proud of myself because
our Mst was absent and I and Aisha we take the MST class for a grade ( 4,5,8,9,10, and 11) so know I
know how to dealing with the different student's age. Also in Thursday when I was finishing all my class
I went to ask the supervisor if need something and there is one Ms she sitting with the supervisor for
grade six and she asks I and Aisha if we can correcting the exam for she and we do. So I feel I did a good
job.

As I said still we didn't meet our MST so when we enter grade four I and Aisha we make an activity to
review the previous lesson. So what we do that we do a competition between group so we write a question
on the board, then the whole group will think and discussion then they will give us the answer if it's
correct they will take a point. And the activity is interesting because we change the routine and the was
enjoying and who I know when the bell rings they saying Ms can we have more question you can take as
from PE class.

In the first week still, we didn't meet our MST, and we didn't teach a real lesson we just make a review for
grade four. But we do with the students a STEM so we help them and give them an instruction and that let
us create a good relationship between the lab teacher and the students.

The student was so noisy and talking a lot so for this, I create a reward system and remind them of my
classroom rules. And about the science class still, I didn't observe because of our MST absent but I think
they follow the traditional way and I hope to change that and put my special work.

For the classroom management what I will do that I will give each a student a envelop to write their name
and if the students do a good behave I will give them a money to put inside so after one week I will
choose the students who have a more money. And for the timing, I should manage the time by putting the
activity the minutes to work.

For the next week, I will meet the MST and I will discuss with her about what I should do I will start
teaching.
