VAD will be offering free introductory classes to students, families and friends of the Academy!
Newcomers Welcome! Come out and try a new style of dance at our Richmond studio.

limited, so register early to avoid disappointment! Drop-ins will only be accepted if space permits.

Open House Class(es) taught in Richmond on June 10, 2018 I recognize that this involves the risk of possible injury. In consideration of the consent given by Vancouver
Academy of Dance, all of their respective related or affiliated companies and predecessors in interest thereto, and the officers, directors, agents and employees of each of them
(collectively; “Releases”), of and from any liability whatsoever for and all claims, costs, injuries, causes of action, losses or damages of any kind (including, without limitation,
claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages relating to personal injuries, death, damage to or desrtuction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, damage to or destruction of
property, whether due to the negligence of Releases or otherwise) arising from or in connection with the the classes, including, without limitation, my travel to and attendance
at, and the travel to and attendance of my child at the VAD Open House. I also agree that my child may be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded for publicity
purposes, and that his/her name, voice, image and likeness may appear in any medium or media now known or hereinafter devised, an unlimited number of times, without any
compensation to me or my child for such use. I certify that I have read this Liability and Publicity Release, fully understand its terms and conditions and have signed it
voluntarily on behalf of the above-named participant and myself.
