Jaclyn presented accurate information during my first observation. She will continue to work on engaging students in active and hands-
on learning opportunities that foster critical thinking rather than passive learning. Lesson materials were relevant to real-world problems.

During my first school visit, Jacyln has written only one lesson plan. The lesson was well-written and included all the required
components. Prior to the observed lesson, she worked from her teacher's plans. Jaclyn's planning skills are considered in the
developing range. Her ratings will likely improve once I have more lesson plans to review and determine consistency with which she
plans instruction.

Ms. Cordero is learning to present a confident and authoritative presence when leading the class. She will accomplish this goal through
increased voice projection and engaging students in meaningful student-teacher interactions. She may be doing more of this than I
was able to observe in my first visit.
