Project Description
The Integrated Service Experience Tool (ISET) is a Portlet application that is currently in pilot
with a small group of Health Advisors. ISET is currently integrated with membership on the
TOPS platform. ISET will be the replacement desktop application to the Intelligent Desktop
(IDT) for all Health Advisors, Member Service Representatives and Provider Service
Representatives. Additional functionality must be implemented in ISET before the application
can be deployed to such a large user base.
Responsibilities
• Performed Regression Testing using QTP9.0 and Test Director 8.0
• Involved in preparation and maintenance of Frame Work.
• Writing and maintaining Function Library using VB Script.
• Reported issues using Test Director 8.0.

AHMS is a web based application, being developed using asp.net framework. AHMS is
used to manage day to day operations taking place in hospitals. The program can look after
inpatients, OPD patients, management of Appointments, database treatments,
Billings etc. It also maintains hospital’s internal information such as information about wards,
rooms, Departments, Doctors, Medicines and Services. There are different type of user can
work on AHMS according different type of privileges provided by Administrator.

implementation, Human Resource Details, Generating Client, PM and region wise
Profitability Reports and Utilities.

Project Description
BMR Tracker is the web based issue tracking system that allows developers, testers,
managers and clients to give the status of issues pertaining to a project, depending on the
rights given to the group for a project, users in that group can add modify/view/delete
issues. Admin users can add new groups or delete /modify old ones. The admin also add
users to group for one or more projects.

Responsibilities
