Applications are invited from eligible candidates who are citizens of India for recruitment for the
post of following MTS (Civil Police / AAP Bn / IRBN) in Arunachal Pradesh Police in the Scale of Pay Level-t in the
Pay Matrix (Rs.18,000 ~ 56,900). The details are given herein after

2. AGE ELIGIBLITY:- The age of candidate should be between 18 to 28 years as on 01-01-2018.
Relaxation of upper age limit for APST candidates is given up to maximum of 5 (five) years.
3, CENTRES FOR RECRUITMENT:
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: - Class-VIll Pass.

The recruitment will be conducted centrally at PTC Banderdewa.
5. APPLICATIONS FORM: - The application forms can be downloaded from the website of Arunachal
Pradesh Police at www.arunpol.nic. in.
6. SCHEDULE OF RECRI

IENT:
Receipt of applications: Duly filled up application forms accompanied by attested / self attested
copies of certificates of educational qualification, proof of age as per school certfcate/Admit
catd/Birh registration certificate, Caste/Tribe certfcate, Permanent Residential Certificate (PRC)
and 4 (four) recent passport size colour photographs with self signature on them (one affixed on
the application form at space provided and 03 (three) nos. (Securely enclosed in an envelope)
with self signature on backside and self addressed reply envelop affixed with postage stamp of
Rs. 5)- will be received w.e- 01-05-2018 at PHQ Itanagar on all working days. A treasury
challan of Rs. 10/- for APST candidates and Rs.40/- for General candidates in favour of Asstt
inspector General of Police (E), PHQ, Itanagar under Head of Account “0055” Police, should be
also enclosed.
The application forms can either be sent by ordinary post or directly submitted by hand at
P.H.Q. Itanagar. Only one application per candidate will be admitted.
Last date of receipt of applications: “31-05-2018 up to 1700 hrs”. No application shall be
accepted after expiry of last date of submission i.c.,31-05-2018 up to 1700 hrs.
HEME OF EXAMINATION:
‘TRADE TEST:-The Trade Test will be conducted separately before written examination which will
be qualifying in nature; however, the candidates who do not attain the bench mark will be
eliminated from the process of recruitment and will not be allowed to altend the written
examination, The Trade Test will be conducted as per following distribution

The minimum benchmark set for qualifying the Trade test is Average, the candidates

‘2, The minimum pass marks in written examination will be 33% in each subject and 45% in aggregate,

8, MERIT LIST: - The final merit list of the selected candidates will be made on the basis of overall marks
secured in the written in descending order of merit cum choice viz Civil Police, AAP Bn & IRBN and as per
reservation policies of the Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh.
9. MEDICAL EXAMINATION AND CHARACTER & ANTECEDENT VERIFICATION:- Appointment of
provisionally selected candidates shall be subject to clearing a medical examination conducted by a
medical board and satisfactory verification of Character & Antecedent.
40, ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS FOR EX-SERVICEMEN:-
I) Previous Service: - Ex-Servicemen (APST Candidates) should be from corps of signals, Army / Air force /
Navy / Assam Rifles / ITEP / BSF / CRPF / SSB /NSG with satisfactory record of service and those who
have retired voluntarily from service with full benefit wil be eligibe.
Ii) Age: - Age concession for Exserviceman will be allowed in accordance with the orders issued by the Govt
from time to time. After deducting military service from their actual age, resultant age should not exceed the
prescribed age limit by more than 3 years as on 01-01-2018.
ii) Others: - The other conditions and criteria viz., education quaitication, Trade test and written test shall be same
2s in the case of APST fresh candidates.
No TA/DA will be admissible to the candidates for attending in the recruitment process. The candidates
shall have to bear their own expenses and arrange for thelr boarding/lodging on their own.
