You and your friends are unhappy with the poor condition and services of the school
library. Write a report to the school Principal about the problems and also give some
suggestions to improve the library. Use the notes below to write your report.

Complaints:

library too small

tables are crowded

fans not working

books outdated

few reference books

not enough librarians

opening hours too short

Suggestions:

enlarge the library

install new fans

buy new books

employ more librarians

extend opening hours

When writing the report, you should remember to:
