the king. Then turning to his aide, he said, “Get
this message out to all the people. Tomorrow we
will all fast and ask God to tell us what He wants
us to do. Tell everyone to meet me at the Temple
in the morning.”

The next day men, women, and
children streamed toward the meeting point.
Everyone wanted to know how God was going to

Jehoshaphat stood before the people. “Remember
that God will fight this

has spoken through His
prophets. If we follow them, we
will succeed.”
Jehoshaphat listened to the
people. Then he

singers to lead

Together they sang,

Lord, for His love
