Founded in 2009, A & E (Aspiration and Education) College is a dynamic early childhood teacher
training institution that uses music and team building as a learning platform. Inspired by Dr Shinichi
Suzuki’s guiding philosophy, “Character First, Ability Second,” we believe that good character is
the foundation of true success. We build talent and nurture character in each of our students to
produce strong and well-rounded educators.

Give yourself 5 years to succeed in the music and education business. Dedicate yourself to 2 years
of intensive training with us to not only develop your musical talent but to nurture your leadership
qualities, communication skills and sensitivity.

Upon the completion of your studies, enhance your work experience the following 3 years by
teaching across Malaysia. Once you have gained the know-how, you will be able to license your
very own early childhood education centre.
