I. HIGHLIGHTS OF THE TRAINING WORKSHOP

a. The training workshop was approached as :

1) Introduction of the guest speakers by the M.C
2) Meet with other colleaques and fellow Corp Members .
3) 1 day for Professional CV Writing by MR Olatunji Ajani.
4) 1 day for Writing A well organized Business Plan(proposal writing) by MR Wale
Akanbi
5) 1 day for Blogging(blog branding, blog benefit) by Obajeun Ayodele.
6) report writing/knowledge gained during the training by the founder of Cowo.
7) closing program.

b. Objectives of the COWO Training:

1) Understanding of COWO concepts and acquisition of practical implementation skills.

2) Provide knowledge and skills to implement and manage effective COWO programs.
√ Ways in which professional cv can be written
 The do’s and don’t of CV writing.
√ Dynamic and well defined way of writing business proposal
√ Jobberman participation and community’s role in COWO.
 Free Premium Job Alerts on Jobberman.
√ CV’s of the trainees (corp member) were submitted to MR Olatunji Ajani(speaker) for correction.

c. A total of 100 participants were selected into the cowo training lecture: COWO, Inclusive Corpers
Writing opportunities. The COWO group invited 9 special guest, 8 of the speakers were to talk to us on
different areas but the last invited guest administered a song for Nigeria to the trainees.

d. Concepts of writing good CV, a well defined Business Proposal and also how to create a blog site:

1. The term CV is like a case file, it contains necessary information about the client/patient career both the
past, present and future, it must be either 2/3 pages, In addition the first part of the cv is called heading,
writing of CV in involved some certain steps such as heading, career objective, key action, personal
Qualities, educational Summary, Experience. And also the do’s and don’t of a CV writing.
A complete and accurate CV will not get you a job but it will only take you to the interview stage.

2. The term Business Plan works with this three logic system which are Situation,
Target, Proposal(STP). Entry strategy & Tangible vision for growth of a business involve financial

 requirement which is known as FABulously where F- features, A- Advantages, B- Benefits. Tip on
preparing a biz plan and a direct way of writing a business plan without Error.

3. The term Blogging is set to be the act of relating with people in different way of life.
The correct way of blogging comes in different form. Firstly we define the word behaviour, a culture and
writing ejaculation.
When your creating a blog site you need to understand once self first. So later you move on with your
bogging site. In addition creating a blogging site involves some step to take which are blog branding, blog
benefits. Etc.

4. Thus, the term COWO refers to a philosophy of providing opportunities/experiences to youth expecially
the corp member in order to promote and develop their writing skills, as well as arranging and providing
services and support systems to make money online. For the sake of convenience, and also reduce stress
of searching for job, COWO makes an impact in my life in such that, I can distinct myself from other
corp members(what makes me different from the remaining corpers). COWO is set aside for me because
it increases my thinking and also improve my skills in writing.

II. INSIGHTS AND LEARNING

In recent days I have been writing cv not knowing that what I was writing was incorrect and incomplete, so I
went ahead to make a comprehensive CV of which I have been taught from COWO training, I also learn how
to handle or write business proposal without stress because I have been taught a basic step to write a business
proposal and also how to create my personal blog site.

IV. RECOMMENDATIONS

a) This training has brought impact to my life.

b) The cowo training is one of the training I will never forget.
c) philosophy in the development of the cowo programs either with partners or direct field implementation.
d) COWO writing is an empowerment training that youth needs to attend

V. OVER-ALL REMARKS

This training workshop organized by Cowo Action is worth commending. The team of Mr. biodun
Awosusi did their best to deliver the training objectives and meet the expectations of the participants. It
helps me to understand better the diversity of people and also ways to handle situation in life. It taught
me on how to be independent in whatever am doing without someone assistance or help. It increases my
thinking inother words it makes me think faster and also I discovered what I claim I know was
ineffective which means is not useful but the help of the COWO training make me discover my self.
Once again a big thanks to the founder of COWO and the invitees that brought empowerment to my
life.
