C K has a full line of dish machines available for sale or lease. Our technicians will deliver and install a ma-
chine designed to fit your facilities needs and budget. We provide ongoing preventative maintenance to make
sure your machine is operating at peak efficiency, and to ensure your facility is getting the best possible results
at the lowest possible cost. A customized service plan will be designed to meet the needs of your operation. At
no additional cost to you, we will perform the following functions on each service call:

PROVIDE PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE ON CHEMICAL DISPENSING SYSTEMS:

This will ensure proper chemical concentration for optimum cleaning efficiency. Your service representative will
replace parts as needed at no additional cost.

CHECK OSHA REGULATIONS:

We will assist your facility to meet OSHA regulations. We will check to make sure all chemical containers are
properly labeled. MSDS sheets are located at the MSDS station. When needed, we will provide special sur-
veys to evaluate hazardous chemicals in the work place. Make sure safety equipment is accessible to all
employees and alert you to any potential infractions of OSHA regulations.

TRAINING:
A customized training program will be developed for your operation. We recommend training on a regular,
ongoing basis. We will train dishmachine operators in: proper racking of dishes; pre-scraping procedures and
daily machine clean-up procedures. We will provide a complete training program to familiarize all employees
on the proper application and use of all C K products. We will utilize charts and cleaning manuals to support
our training efforts.

DISHMACHINE INSPECTION:
To ensure a smooth running warewashing operation we will inspect the following:

1. We will check and regulate temperatures for proper cleaning and sanitation.
2. We will check all water valves for proper operation.
3. We will check and adjust wash arms and nozzles for efficient operation
4. We will check drain valve and all plumbing.
5. We will check the pump and impeller for wear and foreign objects.
6. We will check all remaining warewashing equipment and make minor repairs and adjustments with your
knowledge and approval

On each service call a service report will be filled out to ensure a smooth running operation. We will note condi-
tions found and what solutions we have provided to solve the problem. By utilizing this type of service you can

Machine Warewashing Products

Low Temp Detergent:

Low Temp Detergent is a red alkaline liquid built with polymers, silicates, and sequestering agents. It
is used in the food service industry as a low temperature ware washing detergent. Low Temp Deter-
gent is normally fed to the dish machine with an automatic feeder that is controlled by conductivity in
the dish washing machine.

Low Temp Rinse:

Low Temp Rinse is a blue liquid, based on polymers and sequestering agents. It is used in the
foodservice industry as a low temperature warewashing rinse additive. Low Temperature Rinse is an
extremely effective drying agent in all water conditions, and will help your ware dry quickly leaving it
spot free.

Low Temp Sanitizer:

Low Temp Sanitizer s an EPA registered refined liquid chlorine sanitizer and deodorizer. This product
is used as a chemical sanitizer and is automatically injected into the dish machine during the final
rinse to sanitize your ware.

High Temp Detergent:

High Temp Detergent is a red alkaline liquid, based on alkalinity builders, polymers, silicates, and
sequestering agents. It is used in the food service industry as a low temperature ware washing deter-
gent. High Temp Detergent is normally fed to the dish washing machine with an automatic feeder that
is controlled by conductivity in the dish machine.

High Temp Rinse:

High Temp Rinse is a blue liquid, based on polymers and sequestering agents. It is used in the

Delimer:
Delimer is an acidic descaler designed to remove lime, calcium, and rust deposits from non-porous
surfaces. This product can be used to descale your dish machine, remove rust from a sink, or elimi-
nate calcium build-up around faucets and fixtures.
Manual Warewashing Products

Pot and Pan Soap:

Pot and Pan Soap is a super thick dishwashing liquid that generates rich tight foam that lasts for all
your dishwashing needs, from fine china to really tough greasy jobs.

Food SERVICE Quat:

Food Service Quat is a concentrated quaternary sanitizer used for sanitizing, disinfecting, and de-
odorizing all types of hard surfaces. This unique product is a proprietary formulation (four-chain QAC)
with a broad spectrum kill six times greater at 150ppm than a single chain quat at 200ppm. Especially
effective against gram positive and gram negative microbes and fungi. This product is an excellent
choice as a sanitizer for your manual warewashing needs.

Silverware Presoak:
Silverware Presoak is a free flowing blue alkaline liquid. It is a pre-soak for dishware, silver and stain-
less steel flatware and is also an effective electrolytic detarnisher for flatware.

Oven and Grill Cleaner:

Oven and Grill Cleaner is a premium liquid all-purpose cleaner containing a blend of
alkaline salts, neutral solvents and hard water sequestrants. Oven & Grill Cleaner contains wetting
and
penetrating agents, anti-redeposition agents and rinse agents to remove organic and greasy soils and
yet is mild enough for manual cleaning applications. It is designed to remove burnt-on protein and
carbon from hot plates, ovens, fryers, grills, filters, barbecues, roasters, coffee urns, etc.
Janitorial Products
K-GLOW:
K-Glow is a thick acid based disinfectant and deodorizer designed to cling, even to vertical surfaces,
for maximum effectiveness. K-GLOW can be used to disinfect stools, urinals, sinks, and non-porous
surfaces. It will help remove lime and scale build-up, leaving your public clean and fresh.

K-PINE:
K-Pine is a liquid pine oil cleaner and disinfectant. K-Pine is designed to clean, disinfect, and deodor-
ize a wide variety of soils from surfaces such as walls, floors, painted surfaces, aluminum, stainless
steel, vinyl, rubber, and plastic.

CITRUS CLEANER:
Citrus Cleaner is the environmentally safe answer for replacing solvent cleaners in your facility. This
100% biodegradable product is made from citrus fruits, and will rapidly attack and dissolve a variety
of soils, including grease, most inks, and adhesives. It rinses easily leaving a film free surface.

Final Touch:
Final Touch is a glass cleaner concentrate formulated for use on all glass surfaces to get that per-
fect shine. Final touch is an excellent cleaner, wipes off easily, and will leave a streak free shine. It is
highly dilutable, and very economical to use.

Powders:
C K BLEACH: whitens and brightens fabrics of all types. All colorfast fabrics such as cotton,
linen, cotton-synthetic blends, nylon, Orlon and other synthetic fibers. Do not use on wool or other
fibers harmed by water.

C K LAUNDRY DETERGENT: is a granular, moderate foaming heavy duty, detergent contain-

ing optical brighteners and soil suspension ingredients. This product is an excellent detergent when
used as directed and provides good cleaning, even in hard water.

RCC-100: is a granular, moderate foaming, heavy duty, detergent containing optical brighteners
and soil suspension ingredients. This product is an excellent detergent when used as directed and
provides good cleaning, even in hard water.

Liquids:
LIQUID LAUNDRY BOOSTER: is a clear liquid blend of heavy duty alkaline builders, seques-
tering agents and soil-suspending agents. It can be used alone in a break cycle, or in a break/suds
cycle with any laundry detergent for “sparkling” spot-free results. The powerful formula of LIQUID
LAUNDRY BOOSTER releases even the most difficult oil-based stains.

LIQUID LAUNDRY DETERGENT: is a concentrated specific blend of soil suspending

agents, alkaline builders and optical brighteners to give a total laundering job when used alone or in
combination with K-San or C K Bleach.

Grease out: is an extremely effective laundry pre-spotter designed to be work on grease,

makeup, food, some inks, oils, and other petroleum based and protein soils. Designed to be used in
conjunction with Grime Away.

Grime Away: is a laundry detergent designed to be effective on greasy soils. Used in conjunc-
tion with Grease out, GRIME AWAY is your solution to removing the toughest soils from your dirty
linen.

SOF-TOUCH FABRIC SOFTENER: is a concentrated, highly effective laundry softener, ideal

for a wide variety of fabrics. Used properly, SOF-TOUCH reduces static cling and wrinkling. Due to
SOF-TOUCH’S incorporation of the latest chemical advances in laundry technology, treated fabrics
are
especially noted for their softness and fluffiness and also for their excellent rewettability.

K-SAN 125: is an economical and effective liquid destainer and sanitizer. With the highest active
levels of hypochlorite in the industry, K-SAN 125 is a highly dilutable and economical solution for your
in plant laundries.

Kitchen Degreaser
Kitchen Degreaser is a medium-duty, multi-purpose alkaline cleaner that provides excellent
penetration of numerous soils. Soil removal is rapid and rinsing results in a film-free surface.

Neutral Cleaner
Neutral Cleaner combines all the latest detergent developments to produce fast, effective cleaning not
affected by hard or cold water. It is an all-purpose, alkali free, no film free rinsing cleaner. This is a
perfect choice for finished floors, hard wood, or any surface that requires a neutral P.h.

K-FOAM LO
K-Foam Lo is a medium duty, multi purpose alkaline cleaner and emulsifier that provides excellent
penetration for fats and oils and numerous other soils. Soil removal is rapid and rinsing results in a
film free surface.
Hand Soap Products
Foamy Pink Handsoap
Foamy Pink Handsoap s ideally suited for use in facilities where employees need an efficient yet
gentle hand soap, with plenty of lather to cut soil and grease and cleanse the skin. A perfect choice
for public areas, Foamy Pink will leave guests with a feeling of clean.

HAND-SAN:
Hand-San hand soap is an effective sanitizing hand soap, which has been authorized by USDA for
use in federally, inspected meat and poultry processing plants. It is also recommended for use in
food processing plants and restaurants by personnel prior to handling food and/or food processing
equipment.

THICK ‘N PINK:
Thick ‘N Pink has two grease-cutting agents that are included in THICK ‘N PINK. It is ideally suited
to dispenser use in industrial plants where employees need an efficient yet gentle soap, with plenty of
lather to cut soil and grease and cleanse the skin.

HY-ALK
Hy-Alk is a very high alkaline type cleaner, especially formulated to boilout frying and cooking equip-
ment. It has a very high level of cleaning ability and gives excellent results in cleaning heavily
cooked-on soils.
HY-ALK is especially effective for cleaning of high temperature, air impingement ovens.

POWDERED SMOKEHOUSE CLEANER

Powdered Smokehouse Cleaner is a formulated, highly alkaline compound, designed to readily re-
move smoke, tars and heavy grease build-up from smokehouses and provides an economical and
practical means of cleaning smokehouses.

Ice MeLT
Ice Melt is a calcium chloride mixture that is good up to 20 below. Ice Melt is available in 50 lbs. bags
as well as 200 and 400 gal. drums.

ARCTIC KLEEN
Arctic Kleen is a multiple use liquid cleaner for cleaning anywhere in below freezing conditions. It is
specifically designed to provide fast, efficient and practical means for cleaning frozen food lockers,
equipment, docks and any other cold temperature cleaning of dirt, grime, fats, grease and similar
deposits from metal, quarry tile, concrete and other hard surfaces. ARCTIC KLEEN resists freezing
to -44° F.

LIQUID ENZYME PLUS

Liquid Enzyme Plus is a drain treatment product consisting of specially developed synergized bac-
teria which are harmless to human, animal, and marine life. Liquid Enzyme Plus will eliminate foul
odors from drains by removing the organic matter causing the problem. It will also eliminate fruit fly
problems by destroying their breeding grounds.
