Clearance and Reliablty Records) used for Canadian Industry Personnel. Additionally, a copy ofthis form may be retained within PIB PSE 901(Employee Personnel Record) or other institution specific Employee Personnel Record Banks, ‘SECURITY OF INFORMATION ACT, PART II OF BILL C-36, ENTITLED THE ANTL-TERRORISM ACT 18. (1) Every person with a security clearance given by the Government of Canada commits an offence who, intentionally and without awful authority, communicates, or agrees to communicate, toa foreign ently or to a terrorist group any information thats ofa type that the Government of Canada is taking measures to safeguard. (2) Every person who commits an offence under ‘subsoction (1) is guity of an indictable offence and is liable to imprisonment for aterm of not more than 2 years, INSTRUCTIONS. 41. Les données sont conservées dans les fichiers ordinaires des employs POU 917 (Fitrage de sécurté) dans tous les organismes gouvernementaux, sauf au ministére de Ia Détense nationale et a la GRC qui utlisent respectivement les fichiers MDN/P.PE-834 (Dossier denquéte sur la sécurité et v6rificaton relative la fabilit6) et GRCIP-PU-085 (Dossiers de habiltation sécuritaire ot relative &la fab), la SCRS qui ullise le SISPIP-PE B15 (Cotes de sécurte) et TPSGC qui utise le TPSGCIP-PU-015 (Autorsations de sécurité et dossiers de fabilté pour le personnel de rindustrie privée) pour le personnol de Findustre canadienne. De plus, une copie de ce formulaire peut tre conservée dans les banques de données du dossier personnel dun employé POE 901 (Dossier personnel dun employe) ou dans la banque de données du dossier personnel un employé spécfique a une autre institution.
