METHOD STATEMENT

1. To ensure that the Activity that are within the Scope of the Contract is executed in a safe manner.
2. To ensure that all Hazard Related to the Contract and its Activity are Identified, Assessed and
Controlled to an acceptable level.

GENERAL WORK METHODOLOGY

1.1 Safety Check

 Once the materials is fabricated and delivered on site, prior to start

1.2 Method of erection:

 As a first step the brackets are installed after inspection of bolts &
alignments using necessary scaffolding.

 The second step is erection of steel frame members using light
weight scaffoldings.
 Once the frames are installed they will be aligned properly and a
thorough inspection is carried out on all the fastening systems to
make it sure that proper Tightening of the bolts has been ended
before installation of fabric on top.
 Now, starts fabric installation, the factory made fabric is opened and
checked for any damages & dimensions.

 At this point we start stretching the fabric on four sides


 After the final shape is achieved the alignment is checked with all the
erected canopies and required adjustments are done.
 As soon as the main erection is completed, a further inspection is
carried out to check the final alignments and if any damages is
caused to fabric and paint during erection.
 Any damages found will be rectified and the site will be cleaned and
handed over to the client.
 Proper care is taken throughout the process to ensure there are no
damages caused to the fabric and paint by means of protection rings
using some soft materials.

accordance with safety procedures specified in the Contractor and in compliance to Legoland HSE Policy.
