With reference to our last meeting held at project site on 13, April, 2018. It is
to remind you that no action has been taken in this regard from your side. Keeping
in view the points of visit and the priorities discussed it was our primary task to
start the physical work of the project as quickly as possibly. It has been month
since that visit but no response has been observed from your side in this regard.
We cannot compromise on the due date of completion of work by delaying the project
delivery. So it is highly recommended that the action may be taken immediately to
start the work at site. We need your positive response in this matter and timely
action is mandatory.
