HVAC INSPECTION CHECK LIST

The following inspection and testing of HAVC systems at ADCO (Abu Dhabi
Company for Onshore Oil operations) Asaab project no: P 11550 are completed as
on 26/03/2018.
 Checked the whole system for proper refrigerant charge.
 All circuits compressor have been checked and monitored the current drawn
by it.
 Checked all condenser fan motors, its current drawn, abnormal vibration,
and rotation.
 Checked all contactors and auxiliary points for its loose connection.
 Checked all safety controls of the compressors such as LPS,HPS,MPM,OL and
CCH.
 Checked all electrical connections from main isolator to the systems.
 Inspection carried out on both indoor blower air circulation and all
condenser fan motors.
 Evaporator blower motors amps (star delta started) are recorded, checked
its blower alignments.
 Checked for all units’ excessive vibration of its moving and rotating parts.
 Visually inspected the copper tubing for leakage and damages.
 Checked all the electrical wirings for scorching, discoloration and tightened
all wiring connections.
 Temperature control sequence checked and confirmed it’s well-functioning.
 Checked for all components voltage stability.
 Checked all circuits HP cut-out, LP cut –in, LP cut-out and confirmed its
efficiency as safety controls. (290 psi, 33 psi, 20psi respectively).
 Checked all moving and rotating parts FLA verses with the given ratings.
