Dear Mr. Banks

Yesterday, this office received a complaint from other tenants about loud noise coming from your
apartment. The complaint states that loud noises radiate from in and around your apartment
during the late evening and early morning.

In the future insure that you or your guest do not disturb your neighbors.

I invite you to review Apt. Rules & Regulations and paragraphs 14 and 19 of the Rental Lease.

Paragraph 14: ULAWFUL USE, DISTURBANCES, NOISES ETC: . The tenant shall not use, or permit to be
used, the leased premises for any unlawful purpose, or do or permit any unlawful act in or on the leased
premises. The tenant shall not make or permit to be made any disturbing noises or do or permit any act
which will unreasonably interfere with the rights, comfort or convenience of other tenants. The tenant shall
not play in a disturbing manner or suffer to be played in a disturbing manner any musical instrument or radio,
TV and stereo in the leased premises; and shall not conduct or permit to be conducted vocal or instrument
practice or instruction at any time.

Paragraph 19: OBJECTIONABLE CONDUCT, ETC. OWNERS REMEDIES: If the owner shall at anytime
reasonably deem that there has occurred a materially objectionable conduct on the part of the tenant, his
family, servants, employees or guest, due to material annoyance or disturbance caused to other tenants, or
due to material breaches of the terms and conditions of this lease, including but not limited to material
breaches of the Rules and Regulations that are a part of this lease, then the owner shall have the right and
option to serve upon tenant written notice specifying the acts and omissions constituting the breach and
terminating the lease upon a date not less than thirty days after receipt of the notice if the breach is not
remedied within twenty-one days.

In accordance with the VA. Landlord Tenant Act, you are in violation paragraph 14 & 19 of the
lease, Consider this letter your written Notice specifying the act and omissions constituting the
breach and terminating the lease on a date not less than thirty days after receipt of this notice if the
breach is not remedied within TWENTY-ONE DAYS.

Sincerely,
