The second largest provider of wireless services, IoT, connected cares, and DirecTV in the United States servicing over
138M subscribers across the US, Puerto Rico, and Mexico.
SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER
Entrusted with completing numerous challenging product, program and project management assignments including, but
not limited to, acting as a key support resource for the major legacy enterprise voicemail service enhancements and
upgrades, collaborating with marketing and major original equipment manufacturers (OEM) on developing a new device
application, and taking charge of upgrades to the core component of the enterprise messaging service.
Key Contributions:
Forged strong cross-functional relationships with all organizational areas to unify approaches to developing and
implementing the products and services.
Actively facilitated an open communication pipeline between operations, IT, labs and project stakeholders to identify
and resolve issues impeding achievement of deliverables for messaging and voicemail.
For a new messaging service, defined and established product/service test metrics and created dashboards to
continually update senior leadership.
Directed the initial project phases such as clarifying/documenting requirements, establishing project milestones and
tracking software deliverables of client applications.
Assisted the vendors and IT developers in establishing test cases and schedules that aligned with implementation
schedules of three critical messaging releases.
Controlled the service and platform upgrades from scheduling through completing upgrade verifications to final
approval.
Networked daily with project stakeholders by conducting team meetings, one-on-one discussions, and ad hoc chats.
Key contributor during the migration of a legacy corporate platform to the cloud utilizing an Agile development
framework.
Served as the unifying force for the vendor, labs, networking, tester, operations, and users to ensure readiness and
implementation of three major messaging enhancements to meet service announcements from executives.
Fully accountable for implementation of a customized device client currently available on Samsung and LG devices sold
under the AT&T umbrella.
Successfully delivered real time text capabilities between AT&T and Verizon/T-Mobile ahead of the 12/31/17 target.
