STEPPIII BOLERO-LT BOLERO-LT2 FOX-LT DISCO-B4* FOX-IN/EN FOX3 ROCK JAZZ2 DISCO-B5-MAGNET
CA13  STEPPIII Audio and Serial Cable. You will need the CA13 audio/RS232 cable when
you want to use the audio features, to configure and test the STEPPIII device. This
cable connects to the STEPPIII AMP 15pin connector and splits the audio lines of the
STEPPIII into two separate female connectors. The 2.5mm mini-female jack is for
connecting a microphone, a 3.5mm female jack for connecting a speaker device. The
RS232 female connector can be connected to a RS232 serial port for using the
features of the SERIAL0 of the STEPPIII device such as test, configuration and
firmware update. Serial cable length : 2 m; Audio cable length : 43 cm
The speaker and microphone devices have to be ordered separately.

CA15  STEPPIII Audio Cable. You will need the CA15 audio cable when you want to use just
the audio features of the STEPPIII device. This cable connects to the STEPPIII AMP
15pin connector and splits just the audio lines of the STEPPIII into two separate
female connectors. It has a 2.5mm mini female jack for connecting a microphone, a
3.5mm female jack for connecting a speaker device. Cable length: 47 cm
The speaker and microphone have to be ordered separately.

CA20  DISCO-B4 Service Cable with 2A-Fuse. This cable called "Service cable" plugs into the
vehicle's cigarette lighter socket for providing power to the device. It also provides
an RS232 connector for connecting to a PC/Laptop for local use/configuration and an
8pin MOLEX connector for connecting to DISCO devices. Cable langth: 1.50 m.

CA21  BOLERO-LT Service Cable. This cable called "Service cable" plugs into the vehicle's
cigarette lighter socket for providing power to the device. It also provides an RS232
connector for connecting to a PC/Laptop for local use/configuration and an 8pin
MOLEX connector for connecting to BOLERO-LT device. Cable langth: 1.50 m.

CA22   STEPPIII to MFD1 Cable. This cable is used to connect the STEPPIII device directly to
the MFD1 device. It consists of a 15pin AMP connector and a micro-USB connector
(TTL 3.3 V level). Cable length = 2 m.

CA23     FOX-LT/EN/IN & DISCO to MFD1 Cable. This cable is used to connect FOX & DISCO
devices to the MFD1 device. It consists of a 4pin double row connector and a micro-
USB connector (TTL 3.3 V level). The 4pin double row connector of this cable should
be connected to the 4pin double row connector of the CA31 cable and the other side
of this cable (micro-USB connector) should be plugged in into the micro-USB
interface of the MFD1 device. Cable Length: 2.5m

CA24  BOLERO-LT to MFD1 Cable. This cable is used to connect BOLERO-LT device to the
MFD1 device. It consists of a 4pin double row connector and a micro-USB connector
(TTL 3.3 V level). The 4pin double row connector of this cable should be connected to
the 4pin double row connector of the CA30 cable and the other side of this cable
(micro-USB connector) should be plugged in into the micro-USB interface of the
MFD1 device. Cable Length: 2.5m

CA25-A   STEPPIII Audio, MFD and COM-SUB-D female cable. This cable is used to connect
the STEPPIII device to the MFD1 device, audio (speaker and microphone). This cable
consists of a micro-USB connector (3.3 V) for connecting the MFD1 device, a 2.5mm
mini female jack for connecting a microphone, a 3.5mm female jack for connecting a
speaker device and a 4pin double row UCOM connector for connecting the included
RS232 cable (COM-SUB-D female connector) to a PC/laptop for local
use/configuration. MFD Cable length: 2m; UCOM cable length: 30 cm; Audio Cable
length: 30 cm; RS232 cable length: 21 cm.

CA25-B   STEPPIII Audio, MFD and COM-SUB-D male cable. This cable is used to connect the
STEPPIII device to the MFD1 device, audio (speaker and microphone). This cable
consists of a micro-USB connector (TTL 3.3 V level) for connecting the MFD1 device,
a 2.5mm mini female jack for connecting a microphone, a 3.5mm female jack for
connecting a speaker device and a 4pin double row UCOM connector for connecting
the included RS232 cable (COM-SUB-D male connector) to an external device such as
Bar Scanner, data logger or any other device that use a COM-SUB-D female
connector. The difference to the CA25-A and CA-25-B is that the CA-25-B has a COM-
SUB-D male connector and CA25-A has a COM-SUB-D female connector.

CA26    FOX-LT/EN/IN Audio and MFD1 cable. This cable is used to connect the mini-USB
connector on the FOX-LT/EN/IN devices to the MFD1 device and audio devices
(speaker and microphone). This cable consists of a micro-USB connector (TTL 3.3 V
level) for connecting the MFD1 device, a 2.5mm mini female jack for connecting a
microphone, a 3.5mm female jack for connecting a speaker device. The speaker and
microphone have to be ordered separately.
MFD Cable length: 2m; Audio cable length: 30 cm;

CA27    FOX3/FOX-LT/EN/IN Service Cable. This cable plugs into the vehicle's cigarette
lighter socket and provides power to the device. It also provides a 8pin double row
connector that connects to the 8pin double row connector of the FOX-LT/EN/IN
device and a RS232 serial port for configuration and a vehicle's cigarette lighter.
Car charger cable length: 1.50 m; RS232 cable length: 1.5 cm

CA28   FOX-LT/EN/IN Audio Cable. You will need the CA28 audio cable when you want to
use only the audo features of the FOX-LT/EN/IN devices (with the option AU). This
cable connects to the mini-USB connector of the FOX-LT/EN/IN devices (with the
option AU) and splits just the audio lines into two separate female connectors. It
consists of a 2.5mm mini female jack for connecting a microphone, a 3.5mm female
jack for connecting a speaker device. The speaker and microphone have to be
ordered separately. Cable length: 32 cm

CA29  DISCO-B4 to MFD1 Cable. This cable is used to connect the DISCO device directly to
the MFD1 device. It consists of a 4pin connector that connects to the DISCO device
and a micro-USB connector (TTL 3.3 V level) that connects to the MFD1.

CA30  BOLERO-LT Installation Cable with 2A fuse and an additional connector for RFID
connection. This installation cable plugs into the 6pin connector of the BOLERO-LT
device for providing power to the device and a 4pin double row connector for
connecting it to a RFID reader or RS232 port. The RFID reader and RS232 cable are
not included they should be ordered separately. Cable length: 1.50 m.

CA31    FOX3, FOX-LT/EN/IN Installation Cable with 2A fuse and an additional connector
for RFID connection. This installation cable plugs into the 8pin connector of the FOX-
LT/EN/IN device for providing power to the device and a 4pin double row connector
for connecting it to a RFID reader or RS232 port. The RFID reader and RS232 cable
are not included they should be ordered separately. Cable length: 1.50 m.

respectively.

CA32  DISCO-B4 Installation Cable with 2A fuse and an additional connector for RFID
connection. This installation cable plugs into the 8pin connector of the DISCO device
for providing power to the device and a 4pin double row connector for connecting it
to a RFID reader or RS232 port. The RFID reader and RS232 cable are not included
they should be ordered separately.

CA33  DISCO-B5-MAGNET Service and Power Cable. This cable supports an 8-pin
Flanschdose male-connector that plugs into the 8-pin Flanschdose female-connector
of the device, a RS232 connector for connecting it to a PC/laptop for local
use/configuration and power supply lines for providing power to the device and
charging the internal batteries. RS232 cable length: 2 m; AC/DC cable length: 2 m;

CA34  BOLERO-LT2 Power Cable. This cable plugs into the vehicle's cigarette lighter socket
for providing power to the device. It provides a 5-pin single row connector that
connects to the 5 pin single row connector on the device. Cable length ca. 2m.

CA38  STEPPIII-UX/IOBOX-MINI Automotive compliant connection cable 1,5m with 2A-


Fuse. The cable comes with a 16pin MOLEX connector and open ends. It connects to
the 16pin MOLEX connector of the STEPPIII-UX/IOBOX-MINI. Cable length: 1.5m.

CA43  BOLERO-LT2 Service Cable. This cable is shipped with open ends (IN+, GND, IGN) for
providing power to the device and a RS232 connector for connecting to a PC/laptop
for local use/configuration. Cable length: 1.5m.

CA44  ROCK Service Cable. This cable has a 3pin connector on one side and USB connector
on the other side. It has a built-in FTDI chip for communicating with other host
devices such as PC/Laptop etc. To be able to communicate with such devices you
have to install the FTDI driver, which can be downloaded from the website:

CA50 STEPPIII to Jazz AVL Car connection Kit. It connects the STEPPIII to the JAZZ2 via the
AVL Car connection Kit. Cable length: 21 cm.

CA51 BOLERO-LT2 to BOLERO-LT adapter cable.

CA68  FOX3 Main port extended installation cable (8 wires) with open ends This
installation cable consists of the 8pin (2x4) double row MOLEX connector, 8 x wires
with open end wires. Cable length: 1.50m.
