Referring to your inquiry dated on 22th of March 2018, hereby we are pleased to submit our offer for
Slaughterhouse System and Equipment as follows:

1. SCOPE OF WORK

 Design: Preparation of Slaughterhouse Systems and Equipment design and drawings according to
static and dynamic calculations.

 Manufacturing: Manufacturing of Slaughterhouse Systems and Equipment in accordance with

project design, drawings and manufacturing cards.

 Installation: Installation of Slaughterhouse Systems and Equipment by our supervisors and

technicians.

2. DELIVERY SCHEDULE

22 Weeks Exworks Ankara.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment will be requested through irrevocable and confirmed L/C for the total value of the Contract.
Partial progress payments will be as follows:

a/ 50% (fifty percent) of the total Contract value as advanced payment upon the signing of the
Contract.

b/ 40% (fourty percent) of the corresponding values of the supplied equipment against the presentation
of shipping documents.

c/ 10% (ten percent) of the corresponding values of the supplied equipment 60 days after Bill of Lading.

d/ All L/C costs (or equivalent), bank charges, commissions, correspondence cost, confirmation
charges, interest and reimbursement fees are for the account of Buyer.

5. DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING STANDARDS

 Twin rails will be stainless steel and monorails will be hot dip galvanized.

 Main support steel construction will be hot dip galvanised.

 Metric size will be used for all materials.

 6. OUT OF SCOPE

 Construction, concrete, utility fitting lines the site.

 Installation and inspection personel’s accomadation, flight tickets and meals on the site.

 Transportation costs.

7. GENERAL NOTES

 Installation equipment such as crane and forklift and electricity on the site will be supplied buy the
buyer

8. PACKING

 Structure wise packing.

 Cemsan’s standard packings will be applied.

 Any special method of packing (nonstandard cases, pallets) not included.

9. VALIDITY

This offer is valid for 30 days starting from issue date and subject to our re-confirmation when requested.
