 Provide advisory services to the DM in developing appropriate plans, frameworks and follow
up mechanisms for engaging in policy analysis, policy development and implementation

 Contributing to the design of the framework and implementation strategy of Sub-national

Governance National Priority Program (SNG NPP) by various types of consultations and
providing recommendations to the multi-ministerial taskforce on SNG.

I read the SNGs but I don’t know how to align the strategy with NPPS.
  Review and assessment of SNGP and SNG NPP along with other NPPs and providing
recommendations for considering as Department’s comments and stand points towards the
programs
 Facilitate and lead technical meetings, focus group discussions and lessons-learned sessions
related to the portfolio through coordination and supporting the relative teams on NPPs

Please provide some background information.

 Draft quality reports in English, including evaluation reports and assessment reports required
by the department, with advisory recommendations
