Job description

We are looking for a Training Lead-Manager(Digital Marketing) with 9+ yrs of


experience who can fulfill the following criteria:

Job Location: Hyderabad, Gurgaon

Overall purpose:

Identify the training needs; plan and design new curriculums; develop and update
courses. Conducting research and disseminating the research results: Planning for
infrastructure, operations planning, affiliations with academic institutions.

Detailed responsibilities:

 Spend time with the delivery training teams and the client training teams (if necessary)
to help design curriculum for different trainings.
 Determine training gaps by analyzing quality impacting issues and design structured
modules and training requirements for specific locations.
 Stay informed as to the latest trends and market changes and make training amends
to make the teams future ready.
 Identify tools and technology enablers that will improve effectiveness of training
classes.
 Lead the network of Trainers across different geographies and handle people
management issues.
 Drive improvements in training performance innovating where necessary sharing
practices globally.
 Facilitate the recruitment and continuous development of trainers and facilitators to
support various learning initiatives
 Help trainers Assess relevant training needs for individuals and organization, in
consultation with departmental heads, including assessment methods and
measurement systems available.
 Work with Delivery Manager to produce plans to meet training and development
needs, and manage training delivery, measurement and follow-up as necessary.

Key requirements:

 MBA with at least 8 years of Experience, OR Graduation from an accredited college or


university; or a level of education that, together with experience and training, enables
the applicant to demonstrate the required knowledge and experience
 Digital Marketing domain expertise is a must
 Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Non Verbal)
 Leadership training delivery/any certifications
 Experience as a Senior Training Lead/Manager in Digital Marketing Training Institutes
would be preferred
 Experience in client interfacing roles, learning experience tools, coaching skills,
instructional design process
 Stakeholder management skills
 Knowledge of assessment tools
 Expert on Microsoft Excel and Presentation Skills

Summary:
The Business Development Executive is responsible for managing and converting sales potential
