I. Plant and Design-Build of WWTP Gjakova
2.4.1 General Construction Experience: - “Extension and rehabilitation of the water and wastewater infrastructure in Dambovita County – CL 2 – Rehabilitation and extension of the South Targoviste WWTP” – 125.800 P.E. (Nov 2011-March 2014). ERBASU as Joint Venture Partner, concluded 40% of the contract. The mechanical, electrical and SCADA works have been executed by the other JV Partner. - „Rehabilitation WWTP Moinesti Nord (25.920 P.E.),Construction WWTP Moinesti Sud (6.200 P.E.) and Construction WWTP Buhusi (32.481 P.E.) (Aug 2014 – Sept 2016) - ERBASU as Joint Venture Partner, concluded 40% of the contract. The mechanical, electrical and SCADA works have been executed by the other JV Partner. - „Extension and upgrade of the water and sewer collection systems – wastewater treatment in Botosani County – contract BT-CL-03 -Rehabilitation and extension of Dorohoi WWTP” -33.683 P.E. (Nov 2013 – Jun 2016). ERBASU as Joint Venture Partner, concluded 55% of the contract. The mechanical, electrical and SCADA works have been executed by the other JV Partner.
2.4.2 Specific Construction Experience Requirements: “The same nature shall be based on the physical size and as described in Section Scope of Works, i.e. design and construction of complete wastewater treatment plants with a capacity of more than 30,000 PE of either Extended Aeration and/or Trickling Filter Method of Secondary Treatment, including supply and installation of sludge (mechanical) treatment and SCADA system.” Our company does not have specific experience in design of complete wastewater treatment plants.
2.4.3 Regional Construction Experience requirements
Our company does not have construction works in the required countries.
2.5 Personnel Requirements
Our company does not have the following required personnel: Process Engineer – experience in process design of wastewater treatment SCADA / Instrumentation Engineer – experience in design and commissioning of SCADA /Instrumentation.
II. Sewerage Network Gjakova
2.4.1 General Construction Experience Requirements The construction contracts where our company installed pipes with DN ≥ 600 mm (HDPE or PP) where concluded before the 5 year requirement. The contracts that we have within the last 5 years, have the pipes with DN between 250 and 315 mm.
2.4.2 Regional Specific Construction Experience Requirements
Our company does not have construction works in the required countries.
2.4.3 Specific Requirements
Our construction contracts that required CCTV inspection works where concluded only in Romania.
Personnel Requirements Our company does not have the following required personnel: CCTV Operator - experience in CCTV inspection as described in Scope of Work.
