Element (Course) 6.2 Program Throughout the evaluation, EA 747- Evaluation I was able to look at the Action effectiveness of our reading Research II intervention program. The data supports that the program was effective for its first year, but there are necessary changes to make for the coming school year. 6.2 Journal #5 This journal allowed me to EA 740- reflect on my learning as a School as a leader, but it also struck me Formal to look at the school as a Organization whole. I was able to reflect on the impact I have had this school year when it comes to student achievement and family involvement. 6.2 Bargaining This paper allowed me to EA 742- Paper reflect on how to identify Educational topics of bargaining, the Law procedure for bargaining, and how to bargain for important issues in schools. It was important to gain this insight due to the knowledge gained in the research coming from a charter/non- union school . 6.1 Journal entries In this assignment, I created EA 7995- journal entries while Action observing students and Research I behaviors. This allowed me to reflect on my teaching and how I address individual student’s needs and concerns. 6.1 Interview with In this interview, I EA 7995- student interviewed a student who Action was consistently being Research I written up.
