SWIMMING POOL
The Swimming Season for members and their families / dependents will commence from 01
April 2010 at 5 PM
Swimming Pool timings and charges are as follows :

SWIMMING POOL TIMINGS

From 1st April – 15th May 2010

Morning : 6:00 AM - 10:30 AM

Evening : 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM (Children & Adults)

7:30 PM - 8:30 PM (Adults only above 18 years)

From 16th May – 31st August 2010

Evening : 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM (Children & Adults)
7:30 PM - 9:00 PM (Adults only above 18 years)
Morning timings will remain the same.
From 1st September – 10th October 2010

Evening : 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM (Children & Adults)

7:00 PM - 8:30 PM (Adults only above 18 years)
Morning timings will remain the same.
From 11th October – 31st October 2010

Morning : 6:30 AM - 10:30 AM

Evening : 4:30 PM - 8:00 PM

COACHING TIMINGS

Morning : 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM

Evening : 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Monday : Pool closed.

CHARGES

Seasonal : Rs. 1620/- for the member and his family.

Rs. 1060/- for the member and his spouse.
Rs. 830/- for an individual member/spouse/dependent.

Per Month : Rs. 820/- for the member and his family.
Rs. 660/- for the member and his spouse.
Rs. 530/- for an individual member/spouse/dependent.
Rs. 2500/- for Senior Dependents above the age of 25 (Male).

Casual : Rs. 50/- per member and their dependents, per swim.
Membership (dependent upto the age of 18 only)
Above 18 years, regular guest fees will be applicable.
Note : Casual membership is for NGC members and their
dependents only, as specified above.
Grand Children : Rs. 75/- per child, per swim.
Rs. 630/- per child, per month.
The age limit for Grand children is upto the age of 15 years only.
Above 15 regular guest fees will be applicable.

Coaching Fees : Rs. 2000/- per person, per month.

Coaching fees is to be paid in advance.
Cheque / Cash is to be deposited with the Club Cashier.
The receipt issued has to be shown to the Swimming Pool Staff at
time of registration / entry.

Guests : Rs. 200/- each guest, per day.

Guest slip is to be filled up at the Pool Office.
Only members can sign for the guests.
Dependents cannot sign for the guests.
Cash transaction is not allowed.
REGISTRATION

The registration for Swimming Pool Membership will commence from 28th March 2010.
Those NGC members desirous of using the Swimming Pool facility will be required to fill up
the Swimming Pool Registration Form and Indemnity Bond available at Club Reception /
Swimming Pool Office. At the time of filling up the Registration Form, each member is
requested to read the rules and regulations of the Swimming Pool. He / She will be
responsible to ensure that his family is conversant with the various rules and regulations.

LAMINATED ID CARDS

Members will be required to submit two photographs each of self and their family members.
Laminated ID cards will be issued. Waiting period will be 7 – 10 days.

NOTE
Any member who has once filled up and submitted the Swimming Pool membership
form will be charged accordingly irrespective whether he/she uses the Swimming Pool
or not. No request for refund / adjustment will be entertained thereafter at all.

NOIDA GOLF COURSE

SWIMMING POOL
RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Swimming Pool facility is open to Noida Golf Course members,
their spouse and dependent children upto the age of 25 years.

2. Dependents above the age of 25 (male) will be charged as Regular

Guests or they can avail the senior dependent monthly scheme.

3. Members, their spouse and dependents or guests will be required to

sign an indemnity bond before they start using the Swimming
Pool. (Once only in season )
4. You must have a shower before entering the Swimming Pool.
Ladies and persons with long hair are required to use water proof
caps. Ladies with short hair however may not wear swimming
caps.

5. Persons suffering from skin diseases or any contagious disease

must not use the Swimming Pool.

6. Persons with injuries, cuts or wounds should refrain from using the
Pool.

7. Users are requested not to blow their nose, spit or inhale and exhale
water in the Pool.

8. Dependents, age group 6-10 years, are not allowed in the Pool
unless accompanied by parents who will be responsible for
their safety in the Pool.

9. Children above 3 years and below 6 years age are allowed only in
the children’s Pool. Toddlers below the age of 3 years are not
allowed in any of the Pool.

10. Diving in the Pool is strictly forbidden. The club management

will not be responsible for any injuries sustained by members or
their dependents in and around the Swimming Pool.

11. All members are requested to cooperate with Swimming Pool Staff
to ensure the cleanliness and hygienic conditions in the Pool and
Changing Rooms.

12. Entry will be allowed in Pool after members enter their details in
the register kept for this purpose with Swimming Pool Staff.
13. Instructions of the Life Guards must be obeyed under all
circumstances. Violation of the same can lead to disciplinary
action.

14. Private servants, Ayas, drivers are not permitted inside the
Swimming Pool area.

15. Dogs and Pets are not allowed in the Swimming Pool area.

16. Members their dependents and their guests will conduct themselves
in a gentlemanly behavior and manner that will not disturb the
peace and care for the sensibilities of other members swimming.

17. Instructions of Life Guards, Pool Staff and Committee

Members of the Club must be followed to ensure safety and
decorum of the Pool area. Violation of the same can lead to
disciplinary action.

18. Pool may be closed by the Management without notice in case

water is dirty, filtration plant is not functioning or due to any
other reasons.

19. Pool may be closed in case of heavy storms, lightening or heavy

rains, without notice.

20. Only Food and Beverages supplied by the club can be consumed in
the Swimming Pool area.

21. Members are STRICTLY not allowed to carry eatables or drinks

inside the main Swimming Pool at all or near the water.

22. The Management will not be responsible for loss of any valuables
left with the attendant or in the lockers of the Swimming Pool.
The Management is not responsible for any losses (mobiles,
valuables etc). Please avoid bringing valuables to the Pool.
23. No Footwear is allowed on the deck of the Swimming Pool upto 3
Metre from pool edge, as per the safety line drawn.

24. Photography in the Swimming Pool is STRICTLY prohibited.

25. Smoking is prohibited in Swimming Pool area.

26. No Games, ball play etc. are allowed inside pool. Swimmers are
not to force their will on other persons in pool.

27. The Pool Management has the right to disallow any member /
dependent from using the pool in case of willful violation of laid
down rules and the discipline.

28. Swimmers will use the pool at their own risk and peril. The
Management will not be responsible for any injury / loss of
life.
