Dear Ms. Dizon.:

We regret to advise you that the following check issued by you

in payment to our client, Lydia A. Mojico, have been dishonored by
the drawee bank for reason account insufficient fund:

When you issued said checks, you assured our client that
there shall be more than sufficient funds in your bank account to
cover the said amount. However, the checks were returned
dishonored.

Pursuant to the provisions of Batas Pambansa No. 22 in

conjunction with Republic Act 4885, our client requires you to
make the necessary arrangement for the payment in full of the
value of your checks within five (5) banking days from receipt of this
notice. Needless to state, in this connection, your failure to do so is
a prima facie evidence of deceit constituting false pretense or
fraudulent act punishable under the law.
 Consider this our final demand for you to make good your
obligation. We hope that you will give this matter your immediate
attention. Otherwise, we will be constrained to take the necessary
legal action/s against you. In such event, we shall additionally hold
you liable for damages, costs of litigation and attorney’s fees.
