Diggs: I last wrote to you on March 1, 2012 and requested for you to forvard my ENTIRE case file to me here at Leath. As of today's date I have not received ANY information, confirmation, conmunication nor acknowledgment from you. So I'm inclined to believe that you have no intentions of honoring my request. Therefore I have arranged for Edvard Massingale to pay a visit to your office to personally pick up my case file.
