After you receive your live birth certificate mail it to the Secretary of State that you was born in…… make sure you include two self
stamped enevolpes so that they can mail it to the Federal Office to along with a $8.00 postal money order…… ( they will mail it off for
you you just have to include the stamp enevolpe inside the letter that you send to the State) Also make sure you include a stamped
enevolpe with your return address so that they can mail it back to you)
