SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, KATHLEEN A. PARULAN, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen presently residing at


82 E. Rodriguez St. Poblacion, Pandi, Bulacan, do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE and
APPOINT, FLEUR DE LIZ A. PARULAN, likewise of legal age, Filipino citizen and a
resident of Woodbridge Subdivision, Poblacion, Pandi, Bulacan, to be my true and lawful
attorney-in-fact for me and in my name, place and stead, to do the following things and acts, to
wit:

1. To sell my residential house and lot denominated as Lot No. 15, Block 28,
Dist. 15 of Woodbridge Subdivision, Pandi, Bulacan;

2. To make, sign, execute and receive papers or documents, and perform


such other acts or things deemed necessary to carry into effect the
foregoing authority;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do all things and acts requisites and necessary to effect the foregoing powers in
and under the premises as fully to all intents as I might or could lawfully do or cause to be
done if personally present; and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said
attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 4th day of May, 2018 at
