POSITION FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Head of the organization. Administers
command to the overall organization. Makes
major decisions to lead the organization.
Internal Chief Operations Officer (COO)
External Chief Operations Officer (COO)
Head of Human Resources Maintains and enhances the organization’s
human resources by planning, implementing,
and evaluating employee relations and human
resources policies, programs, and practices.
Head of Finance Manages financial transactions going in and
out the company. Prepares asset, liability, and
capital account entries by compiling and
analyzing accounts information. Summarizes
current financial status by collecting
information, preparing balance sheet, profit
and loss statements, and other reports.
Head of Contracts and Permits
Head of Design Leads and manages the design department, of
structural works and water and sewerage
works. He/she studies, researches, and
develops ideas for new products and systems
used in designing projects to increase
efficiency and improve performance to
achieve cost-efficiency and quality standards.
Head of Operations Strategically oversees, monitors, and manages
all ongoing project of the organization.
Directly reports to the External COO.
Training Officer In charge of training new applicants and
personnel standards.
Recruitment Officer In charge of the recruitment for manpower.
Procurement and Purchasing Officer Oversees the purchasing of technical goods
and services for an industrial operation.
He/she have very detailed knowledge of the
equipment, materials, and supplies and is able
to identify companies that sell them and has a
database of information on costs of all kinds.
Tenders and Contracts Officer Manages the process, design, and written
proposals, tenders, and permits required for
the implementation of projects.
Quantity Surveying Officer He/she reviews the client’s responses, terms
and conditions and suppliers/subcontractors.
He/she also prepares the tender costs as well
as progress estimation such as the man-hour
estimates and also prepares the bill of
quantities.
Civil Works Officer Ensures the safety and durability of the
project. They deal primarily with the design
of the structure. Calculating the loads, and
stresses the construction can safely withstand.
Water and Sewerage Works Officer He/she plans and manages the operations of
the water and sanitary units, for both current
as well as faster mission requirements for
water, environmental and sanitation.
Project Manager Ensures the scope and direction of the project
is on schedule and the companies within the
budget. He/she sets deadlines and monitors
the progress of the project.
