 Who is the main question for bankruptcy? As we can see from the above charts, according to the statistic from
Malaysian Department of Insolvency in 2011 until 2012, most of Malaysian’s are influence to getting and declared as
bankrupt. As we can see, their number are increasing drastically from 2011 to 2012. Based from the aged at year 2012,
most of the people are declare as bankrupt is around aged of 35-44 which is 7164 people are bankrupt. The 25 years old
and below aged are the lowest statistic which is 130 people. This number are getting bigger if the Malaysian people are
not cared about their credit management. We go through to the gender statistic which are the most influence to the
bankrupt, as we can see from the above statistic, most of the them are male which is increasing from 2008 until 2012.
This number also will increase and getting bigger if we not cared to managing our credit well. Malaysia is the country
with multiracial people. From the statistic that we get for the bankruptcy, most of them that are declared as bankrupt is
Malay with 48.41% and following by Chinese, Indian and others which is 33.15%, 14.12% and 4.32% respectively. Most
of this cases are related from 2009 until 2012 and in 2012, most of the people that are bankrupt is declared from DGI’s
discharge.
