Letter of Credence
Dear President of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker
In the name of the Government of Republic of Moldova, the undersigned Chiril Gaburici,
do hereby appoint:

Representative:

Chiril GABURICI Minister of Economy and Infrastructure,

to represent the Government of the Republic of Moldova at the Sixth Meeting of the Parties
to the Asia-Europe Economic Agreement to be held from 9 to 14 November 2018 in Bonn, Germany.

The said Representative are fully authorised to take part in the meeting, to transact all such
matters as may pertain to its work, to vote with the other representatives in accordance with the
agreed procedures, and to adopt amendments to the Annexes to the Agreement and resolutions and
recommendations on substantive topics, including financial matters.

In witness whereof, I, Chiri Gaburici have signed this Letter of Credentials and affixed hereto
my official seal.
