With all due the respect to the honorable the Juries of speech competition, the committee of MAN 1
Metro, all the teachers and the dearest friends.

Firstly, let’s say our praise and gratitude only to Allah SWT, because of His mercy and blessing, so
in this good time and opportunity, we can still gather here without any trouble.

Secondly, Peace be upon our prophet Muhammad SAW, who has brought us from the darkness into
the lightness.

Thank you for the MC who has given me the chance to tell you about “Alhamdulillah”

The creator creates this universe for all of His creatures, of course whatever that Allah give to us are
a gift and we have to say thanks for it. So many gifts that Allah has been given for us, those are
physical and spiritual gift. Physical gift is about something which is felt by our body, such as health.
Spiritual gift is about our soul, such as feeling.

There are many ways to show thanks to our God, by heart and mind or feeling and thinking, by
mouth or spoken, and by doing action. Many cases in order that we can show thanks to God, among
others:

1. Always remember about existence of Allah SWT in all of moments. Everything that is done
only to Allah. Allah is the creator of universe. Therefore, as His creature, we always do all of
his asking and avoid all of His prohibiting. The students as young generation can show
thankfulness to God by knowing about their own selves exactly, so the students can actualize
their selves as well as possible for goodness in this world and hereafter.

2. Always care with environment. We live together with environment. We can be thankful to God
by keeping environment. We should overcome environment damage. Invite surrounding people
to help us! Maybe family, surrounding society, and people in our school. Ask them to keep the
nature and don’t broke the nature!

3. We have to be thanked to God because we don’t live alone. There are surrounding people can
help us, so we have to socialize with them and share each other. Include sharing in knowledge,
power, material and all about the goodness. All of something that we do are not only give
effect for our own self, but also give effect for people around us.

I think that’s all about some cases in order that we can show thanks to God that should be done by
us. In order that we not only can be good human in this world, but also hereafter. We are still
young. We have power, mind, and heart, so I would like say to you in holy Qur’an surah Ibrahim
the seventh verse:

“If you are grateful, I will surely increase you (in favor) but if you deny indeed, My punishment is
severe”

Forgive me if I have mistake, and I hope whatever that I explain can be useful for us, especially the
great students who will be the next generations of our country and our religion.
