disease is when plaque develops in the arteries and blood vessels that lead to the
heart. This clog blocks important nutrients and oxygen from reaching your heart. Some
risk factors include, obesity, age, heredity, diabetes, being inactive, and depression.
The article then goes into detail on the unhealthy lifestyle that people live to cause the
risks of the heart disease. Some examples are eating unhealthy, smoking cigarettes,
excessively drinking, and being inn high volume stress areas. It gives you a part on how
type 2 diabetes and heart disease are related. The ending of the article tells you how to
take care of yourself and to prevent it.
