Some of the following books are older than others. This is for two
reasons. First, there is a relative shortage of modern books on pipe stress
and related subjects. Second, many modern books on pipe stress tend to
point to computer science solutions along with computer programs,
which is not necessarily helpful for the way this book is intended to be
used.
