MOTION TO RELEASE BAIL

Comes now the Accused, by and thru the undersigned counsel unto this
Honorable Court, most respectfully moves for the release of his bail bond and
avers the following:

1. That herein Accused has posted bail in the amount of Ten Thousand
Pesos (PhP10,000.00) for Criminal Case No. 04-0376-2017 and
another Ten Thousand Pesos (PhP10,000.00) for criminal case no.
04-0377-2017, with a total amount of Twenty Thousand Pesos
(PhP20,000.00), for his provisional liberty pending the approval of
his application for probation and during the conduct of post-sentence
investigation by the Probation Office, as evidenced by Official
Receipt Nos. _________________ dated ________________,
copies of which are hereto attached as Annex “____” and made an
integral part/s hereof;

2. That accordingly, on 18 May 2018, the application for probation of

the accused was approved subject to terms and conditions as were
found proper and just;

3. That consequently, the grant of probation justifies the release of the

bail upon which the accused was allowed temporary liberty as well
as the release of the corresponding bondswoman from her
undertaking before this Honorable Court.

WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, Accused most respectfully prays

that his bail be released.

Other just and equitable reliefs are likewise prayed for.
