Dismantle negative stereotypes surrounding juvenile delinquents, and equip them with the tools and skills 
they need to succeed in 21st century careers and earn a livable wage.  

All tasks from March 5 to 12th complete. Tried contacting other state facilities, however have 
not received a response. Will follow-up next week.

- Chose not to look into ruling that minors can not volunteer → will tackle that issue at 
another time 
- Social media campaign is put on hold until enough information is gathered 
- Script for SLC presentation done 
- Presenting to class during week of 4/10 
- Looking into post release resources and opportunities for juvenile delinquents 
- Interviewing 2 members of the DJS after SLC conference 
- Aiming to start website for project 
- Working towards completing a pamphlet to be handed out post release for incarcerated 
youth
