 Take short videos of incidents/accidents and respective locations.

 All the observations to be maintained as per the DPSR provided. This document shall not be
disclosed to anyone. It shall be maintained by the Respective safety personnel only in their
backpack and to be carried by them. All reports older than 15 days are to be couriered to HO.
 Never interact with media or strangers that are not part of the organization
 Maintain confidentiality of the Company never interact with Police / political parties
 Whenever issue escalated kindly give all the details of the observations with contact details
(Such as Name, Phone No. email IDs)
 Any requirement out of the way should be routed through Project Manager
 Regular submission of reports as per process
 Means of communication - photos, videos, conversation & sketches
 Report - Apart from scanning mention the crucial points in the mail body and also use
highlighter in the reports Always give contact details in mail signatures
 When sending reports using smart phones please use the CS Scanner app which can be
downloaded from the app store
 All Site Safety Personnel are to inform their respective Reporting Heads at HO prior to taking
any leaves and a replacement/substitute needs to be identified and the contact details to be
forwarded to HO along with the leave application.
 All Site Safety Personnel/staff are to ensure that the send the DPSR every day without fail. If
in case the Reporting vertical coordinator does not receive a DPSR then Site safety staff shall
provide a valid reason for not sending the report.(If the reason is found not valid the
Management has the authority to take serious action against the violation
 Safety personnel/staff once deployed to site shall gather all the data along with project Map
and/or schematic Diagram within the first 2 days and send a detailed report of the same to
their reporting vertical without fail.
