Exit A – 12/F East Wing Exit

Exit B – 12/F Exit to male washroom
Exit C – 12/F Exit next to female washroom
Exit D – 12/F West Wing Exit
Exit E – 15/F West Wing Exit
Exit F – 15/F Exit next to female washroom

Common Guidelines on Fire/Evacuation:

 Report fire or emergencies to HRA immediately
 Remain calm.
 The appointed Fire Wardens should assemble and evacuate persons they are responsible for and
guide them to the Temporary Assembly Point.
 Listen to the instructions given over the public address system. (if any)
 The Fire Wardens should ensure that everyone is out of the premises, and close all doors as they
retreat.
 Proceed in an orderly manner via the assigned or nearest evacuation exit to the Temporary
Assembly Point and do not panic or speak in a loud voice.
 Do not use the elevators.
 Walk. Do not run.
 Do not attempt to put the fire out unless you are familiar with the different types of fire
extinguishers.
 Do not try to return to your area of work to pick up belongings.
 Carry nothing larger than a briefcase or a handbag during evacuation.
 Crawl on the floor if the area is filled with smoke and visibility is low.
 Each Fire warden should congregate their personnel and take roll call in the Temporary Assembly
Point.
 On completion of the roll call, Fire Wardens should mark the completion time and then report to
HRA.
 All personnel should be familiarized with the layout of the building and the locations of Evacuation
Exits and report to HRA should they find any of those exits blocked at any time.

Pregnant ladies are advised not to attend the evacuation drill. However, they should be
familiar with the procedures at all times for their own safety.
