RE: Complaint against Attorney Meghan E. Stanley, Docket #1601CR6216

On March 22, 2017 I was arrested on alleged wiretapping charges. On 3/23/17 Judge Sally Kelly Ordered me to report
to probation as a Condition of Release. Exhibit 1

On May 22, 2017 I was arrested on an alleged warrant, which was obtained by the Probation Department at BMC
Central for failing to appear for the court ordered conditions of release signed by Judge Sally Kelly on 3/23/17 and
attached as Exhibit 1, and was bailed out on 5/23/17 for $1,200-Exhibit 2.

On or about the beginning of August 2017, Attorney Meg Stanley was assigned by the Public Defender’s Office to
represent me against Charges of Wiretapping Steven Rand, Federal Protective Services, as can be seen on Exhibit 1.

My defense is, 2 men showed up looking for me at my friend’s house on 6/20/16 impersonating various law
enforcement, and threatened to murder me. Only one of the men gave a name, Steven Rand. They showed up a 2nd time
to reiterate their threat to murder me and I defended my life, wherefore I could never be charged with recording 2 men
attacking me.

To prove my defense, Steven Rand’s ID is exculpatory evidence. Although, he presented himself as various law
enforcement, I shouldn’t have to question WHO LAW ENFORCEMENT are.

The attached email correspondence between Meg Stanley and are about the various law enforcement titles she had in
her possession the day we me to discuss these wiretapping charges. She admits the Suffolk County DA’s Office
fabricated law enforcement titles and a Federal Protective Services report.

On 10/3/17, Attorney Meg Stanley mails me a copy of her file, with included all the fabricated law enforcement titles.

Meg Stanley’s entire representation, she was in possession of the 3/23/17 Conditions of Release signed by Judge Sally
Kelly. These Conditions of Release identify Steven Rand as Federal Protective Services, the Security for the Federal
Buildings. Yet, Attorney Meg Stanley still mailed me OTHER various law enforcement titles. In spite of having a hearing,
in my absence, in front of Judge Sally Kelly about these 3/23/17 conditions of release. Proving Meg Stanley shouldn’t
have had to ask the Suffolk County DA’s Office if they’re lying about who Steven Rand is, when she had Judge Sally
Kelly’s 3/23/17 Court Ordered Conditions of Release in her hands, as well as the attached US Attorney’s Office letter
dated 4/6/17.

I would again try to follow up with the FBI on this, as the US Attorney’s Office sent another complaint to the FBI,
however the 3/23/17 Conditions of Release is a threat to me to prevent me from following up with the FBI that their
Security is engaging in criminal activity which is a security threat.

The only 2 motions filed in my case by Attorney Stanley is on the Conditions of Release and her withdrawal. She’s done
no discovery in my defense.
I asked Attorney Stanley to obtain the 10/21/16 paperwork signed by Judge Michael Coyne issuing a default and straight
warrant. Only thing Attorney Stanley mailed me was a CJIS printout showing Steven Rand as ICE/FPS, but as you’ll see on
Steven Rand’s 6/22/16 email to me, he even said “HIS Agency transferred out of ICE.” So, how’d he print a warrant out
using his ICE/FPS title he said he didn’t have and why didn’t Attorney Stanley check Steven Rand’s ID prior to mailing
me fabricated information? Which is a federal crime.

Meg Stanley committed a serious crime against me. I’d go to the FBI to have her charged, but I’ve been threatened from
doing so, per the 3/23/17 conditions of release.
