Material of construction:
Pipes and fittings are made Fiber Reinforced Polyester (FRP). The pipe are manufacture from
three types of layers, each one has a different function in the pipe or fittings characteristics:
 Inner layer
 Structural layer
 External layer
Design pressure and Pipe Rating:

 Pipe rating according to PN standard with vacuum support when applicable. Pressure
rating according to P&ID (PN 1, PN 4, PN 6, PN 10).
 FRP pipe (line 0202, 0401) in AMF area will be manufacture as PN 16 and pressure
tested according to pressure rating according to P&ID (PN6).
Design temperature:
40oC
