Material Name: Methanol.

Do’s:

 Check the storage tank level before unloading.

 Tanker wheel are provided with wooden stopper.
 Tanker engine is in off condition and put in hand break.
 Tanker and transfer lines are properly earthed.
 Tanker vent is open condition.
 Check the containment pit for its empty and clean.
 Proper PPEs (gloves, face shield, suits) should use.
 Supervision must be done up to work completion.

Dont's:

 Do not eat it, drink it, breathe it or stand over it.

 Do not walk through spilled product.
 Avoid skin contact and inhalation.
 Should not be released into the environment.
 Don’t use mobile phones in unloading area.
 In case fire use Mechanical Foam.
